Dr. Milind Sagunabai Ramji Narote was born and raised in the tribal heartland of Gadchiroli, a district known for its rich natural resources and resilient communities. Growing up amidst socio-economic challenges, he developed a deep understanding of the grassroots issues faced by the people, especially the tribal and rural population.
His early life was shaped by values of equality, justice, and service. He pursued his primary education locally in Zilha Parishad school followed by secondary education in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Ghot and then went on to do his MBBS. He actively participated in student and social welfare activities during his youth.

Political Journey
Dr. Milind Sagunabai Ramji Narote began his political journey through grassroots activism. As a socially aware youth, he worked with local groups, cooperatives, and NGO SPANDAN to bring attention to critical issues like education, employment, access to healthcare, and tribal rights.
He rose through the ranks of local political structures due to his commitment, transparency, and people-first approach. With the trust of the people and a clear development agenda, he was elected as the MLA from Gadchiroli Assembly Constituency, becoming a strong voice for the underrepresented.
